Sherre' DeMao
completed the Make-A-Wish Trailblaze Challenge and hiked 31 miles on June 3 through Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina to raise money for granting wishes. To-date hikers have raised $500,000 to grant 85 wishes for Central and Western Carolina families. Inspired by the touching stories and difference made by the organization, Sherre' posed a first-time challenge to all hikers to raise 110% of their goals.

After months of training, WE member Sharon Lachow-Blumberg completed her first triathlon. Motivated by a milestone birthday in January, she declared that this was the year to face her fears and step outside her comfort zone. Registering for her first triathlon was scary, but she did it and learned how to swim too!
