Why WINGS?

For three decades, WINGS has empowered scholars through education and mentorship, helping them achieve their dreams. Your generosity fuels scholarships, mentorship, and life-changing support for those striving for a brighter future. Whether you're a longtime supporter or joining us for the first time, your gift helps create lasting impact.

Be part of the celebration--give today and help shape the next 30 years of success!

GENERAL FUND: A donation to the General Fund will be dedicated to scholarships to scholars attending any of the partnering institutions including CPCC, Johnson C. Smith, Johnson &Wales, Queens and UNC Charlotte.

TECHNOLOGY ENABLEMENT FUND: Each WINGS Scholar receives a fully loaded laptop with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs for use to enhance their ability to effectively study and complete their studies. WINGS gave me more than a scholarship--it gave me a sisterhood, a second chance, and the strength to soar even when life was heavy.

I give because it is immensely satisfying to assist all who are determined to rise above their challenging circumstances. By harnessing the power of education, our Scholars unleash a tidal wave of new possibilities for themselves and their families to improve their lives.
